Description
The synchronous spindle is powered with 37.7 kW of power, a torque of 300 Nm
and a maximum speed of 5,500 rpm.
Typical components are ball cages, ball hubs, gear wheels, sliding sleeves,
pump wheels, flanges, synchronizer rings, bearing rings and pivot pins.
The machine bed is made of Hydropol, a mixture of special concrete and steel, which ensures the
greatest smoothness and precision even with larger components and powerful machining.
