Description

Factory new heavy duty turning machine brand KRAFT, SDM 100 with the following main features:

- Large spindle bore with Ø 100mm
- Rotating diameter over bed of 1000mm
- Bed guide and toothed wheels hardened and ground
- Electrical components from Siemens, Telemechanique etc.
- Machine bed and base made of monoblock castings. The bed width of 600mm and the high dead weight ensure very high stiffness even with heavy cutting of workpieces up to 4t between tips
- Powerful spindle motor with 15KW with stepless spindle drive
- Automatic central lubrication system for the guideways
- High speed range of up to 630 rpm
- incl. 3-axis digital display, Multifix steel holder and faceplate and much more.
- Complete electrics and mechanics tested by German specialists
- also available with LÖSER belt grinder and corresponding PLC program for grinding / polishing surfaces, as a cost-effective alternative to the circular grinding machine
