Description

The machine underwent a general overhaul in 2022. A complete geometric overhaul was carried out in accordance with DIN 8606:
- Installation of a 2-axis digital bar including counter from FAGOR
- Protective cover from REAPAR2
- New bearings for main spindle
- New bearings for coupling shaft
- Electrical system upgraded to current VDE standards, including emergency stop
- Spindle and nut X-axis replaced
- Completely new paint finish
- Spindle and nut of the quill adjustment renewed
- Necessary adjustment work carried out
- Inspection and repair of the gearbox
- Machine cabling including cable drag renewed
