Description

description of the Company Bauer:
Drilling rig driving stand principle the table stops, the drill head moves. Simple operation, CNC knowledge is not required. Data import DXF and CSV. Robust design with proven engineering components and a clearer structure of the machine guarantee high availability and long service life.
All this for a price which paid off faster than expected.
In the development of the control system, special attention was given to easy operation. Therefore, the PENTA TEC control has 2 user interfaces.
A simple surface control „User“ for drilling, long hole, circle.
A qualified locksmith can program parts on this surface in approx. 2 hours and work down, no CNC skills required.
Data can be imported in the second surface control „Administrator“. With this surface, the Bohrmax is a full CNC machine.

Material tension by 3 vices. Roller supports to facilitate material handling in the machine. Control Panel draggable and rotatable, manual setting device, tool changer for 10 tools.
BAUER roller supports offered to facilitate moving of the long workpieces.
A programmed work piece can be copied any number of times. This is only the number of repetitions in the software and the distance of the workpieces entered.
Manual control unit to adjust the zero points of the machine easier.
X, Y, Z-axis and tool magazine to be process by a hand wheel sensitively.
Control Panel can be moved and rotated. Simple programming of the machine can be done via the touch panel or by the keyboard.
