CNC FACING LATHE WITH GRINDING UNIT:
This machine was used for highest precision grinding of turbine guide blades/ guide vanes.
The main spindle has hydrostatic bearings on both sides.
A rotation sensor for simple c-axis purpose is fixed at the transmission housing.
The lubrication is controlled by a progressive distributor and adjusted by an oil coolant device, being tested by a flowmeter and thermically stabilized.
The table saddle and the radial facing slides are equipped with hydrostatic slideways.
The radial facing slides are equipped with rotary tables = B-axis ( -90�/ +180� )
On that, a turning device and a grinding device are mounted.
The grinding units can be used for inner and outer grinding jobs.
These grinding units have high precision dressing device with diamond trim rolls.
